Conflict Transformation
When people in the workplace mistrust each other, they withhold
essential information, gossip about each other and procrastinate
on tasks so they can avoid the person or people they don’t
trust. Conflict in the workplace leads to decreased productivity
and increased absenteeism. If conflict among team members
and between teams is not addressed, it can paralyze an organization.

We use a combination of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's non -violent
communication model, constructivist listening, mediation and
facilitation to help groups resolve long standing tension
quickly. We are known for unblocking groups who have struggled
for years with just a half or full day conflict transformation
session.
