Each person fills out the online assessment tool and can use
it for crafting personal effectiveness plans for work and
home. The profile includes 24/7 online coaching that helps
participants work on leadership skills that they would like
to strengthen. It also allows them to pinpoint areas where
they might “bump up against” others. This allows
participants to recognize diverse personal operating styles,
see the value in them and use them strategically rather than
dismiss them.
