ToP® (Technology of Participation) Secrets of Implementation
Offered as an in-house course (we bring it to your workplace!)
and occasionally as a public course in Oregon. Contact us for details.
Course Description
Many organizations have difficulty completing a project plan
or sustaining a strategic plan once it’s been initiated.
They put many hours and dollars into creating a plan and rolling
it out, just to see it fall to the ground in a matter of months.
The Technology of Participation course is about keeping plans
and projects alive, relevant, doable and achievable. We offer
you a powerful opportunity for peer mentoring in this course.
You will gain ideas about what others are doing to sustain
their plans and we create ample opportunities for you to ask
peers for advice on your organizational or departmental situation
in a trusting setting.
