Magical Experiences in Mumbai! Highlights of IAF Asia 2015
Scenes from our pre conference led by Lilian Wang, Yvonne Yam and me with 23 people from India, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and possibly Taiwan, and me from USA.
Food was consistently amazing. Best vegetarian food I know of plus some amazing meat dishes. One night we restaurant hopped to the best Biriyani, best kebobs, best creme brûlée!
After conference sessions and in between restaurant hopping, we haggled with street vendors, and admired the gateway of Mumbai.
The use of flowers and art in hotel lobbies was stunning … You likely know nature and art are my inspirations for facilitation design!
Photos from conference concurrent sessions. You can see some very innovative delivery mechanisms and delightful activities- puzzle story board, Face Time presenter, 3-D poster creations in our plenary home group and of course for me Chai tea break at every chance.
And of course, I made many new friends for life and reconnected with old ones. Too many to post all if them.
Can you join us at an upcoming conference?
It’s not impossible to attend the IAF conferences. I highlight some ways I’ve been able to attend year after year in my blog, “Choose the BEST EVER Professional Development Plan – For You!”
Watch my newsletter for upcoming conference dates to mark on your calendar. I’d love to see you there – online or in-person!
